Directions & Parking

Bolte Ranch is located at 293 Warner Road, North Branch, NY. Find googlemaps direction here but note that you will likely not have any cell phone service in the miles immediately surrounding the farm. So make sure you print out yo' mapquests, 2002-style, yo! Plenty of parking will be available on the farm (in the fields) and will be clearly marked upon arrival.

Attire

We want all our guests to feel like themselves and feel comfortable, but also encourage you to snazz it up a bit. Note that while during the day it's likely to be quite warm, the evenings in this region get quite cool, so bring layers. Leave your heels at home, boots and dancin' shoes encouraged. Feel free to bring more than one pair if you'd like something more all-terrain for our hill hike.

Accommodations

NOTE: this quiet area of the Catskills can become a bit of a hot spot for New York City residents escaping the big apple for the summer, so we urge you to book your lodging soon, as some nearby hotels are already full. We recommend searching for nearby options through AirBnB.com first. The Schedule

Exact details to be determined, but here's what we have in mind: 2 pm: Come by to explore the farm, go for a hike, play games, pet Molly the horse and generally hang out with us in our favorite place on earth! Wedding never last long enough to see everyone, so this is time for us all to hang out and get the party started early. (Psst - be sure to check out our recommendations below for local spots to grab lunch nearby before you arrive). 4 pm: Gather to join us in hiking up to our hilltop ceremony. Wear comforable shoes for a 15-to-20 minute hike in the woods. To give you an idea, both the bride & groom will be rockin' boots for the ceremony. You're welcome to bring another pair and switch into different shoes for the reception Motorized transporation provided for anyone who'd prefer it. 5 pm: Cocktail hour by the barn 6 pm: Dinner served under the tent 7 pm: Dancing, toasts, and music with our live local country band! 9 pm: Join in on s'mores around the fire!
